BUY IT!!! They’re so worth it AND they’re super cute. Really sturdy and comfortable. They don’t hurt my feet at all and the insoles inside the shoes is pretty nice/cushiony. These shoes give me extra height. + I can walk in them for hours! My feet is 23.5 cm long, and I’m a US 6.5 in shoes. I got size 38 but I honestly could’ve gotten a size 37 because there’s a little bit of a gap between the shoes and my feet. It’s fine with me tho bc I’ll wear socks to fill it butttt just remember, size 38 on US 6.5 feet is a little loose ... for those who wants a snug fit, go with size 37. Dont make a mistake like me. Also, these will make your feet smell like rubber — the straps are held together by velcro, which is very sturdy and strong, so they won’t go loose. The shoes aren’t heavy at all, really lightweight. However, maybe because I sized up, every time I take a step, they squeak lol. Any ways, I love these shoes a lot!! |

The communication with the seller was a little confusing so i was worried if the shoes would even fit, but i’m a 9.5 in U.S. sizes and i ordered a size 40 and they fit fine. The packaging also wasn’t that great and both shoes had dents at the toe part but all in all i still love them and i will keep wearing them. |

I took a long time trying to fine a good pair and I’m glad I chose these because they are so cuteeee. I got my regular size which is a 6.5 and they fit perfect. The straps are also velcro which I don’t mind. They are also very comfy. |

identical to the picture and a really good price for some cute Mary Janes, the only downsides are the velcro strap (not what I expected but not a problem tbh) and the smell of the shoes fresh out the package (chemically but was gone after airing them out for an hour) |

Came exactly like the product images show. Fits perfectly and they're not heavy on the feet so it makes walking with them very comfortable. Use the sizing chart when ordering and double check that the sizing is correct by measuring your feet, if you do that then the sizing will be perfect. |

Beautiful fit, arch support is great and exactly where I need it, nice light shoe but good thick sole. My foot is wide through the toes but narrow at the heal so the adjustable buckle strap keeps the shoe on my foot and easily adjusts when I need it. |

Customs Duties
Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers, especially if you choose Express shipping for your order.
Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges, and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, we cannot declare purchased items as gifts or list an amount lower than the actual product price.
Additional Information
1) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes /APO/FPO addresses and non-continental Europe (islands and territories affiliated with the aforementioned European countries). Also, you will more likely be charged for customs duties than flat-rate shipping.
2) Shipping Time does not include a 1-5 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed. For pre-order items, the wait will be longer as we cannot guarantee the manufacturer's schedule.

We've made the return process super easy，just in case you're not 100% satisfied.
Eligibility & Potential Fees
Returns can be made within 15 days from the date you've received all your items in the same order. Your return package must be mailed out within 14 days from the date we sent you the return instruction.
All items must be unworn and in the original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Hygiene stickers (if any) must be intact. Any item that appear to have been washed or altered will not quality for a refund. The original shipping fee is non-refundable in most cases. Unless it's a quality issue or problem with the order, unfortunately, we will not cover the return shipping.
How to start a return?
You can start a return by sending an request email to us at support@antmvs.com and briefly let us know the reason. We will get back to you very soon(at most 6 hours) with detailed instructions for the return.
Please kindly note, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How to ship the item(s) back？
Since return address will vary according to the ordered item(s) & customer location, please first contact us to initiate a return request and we will then send you the detailed return instructions within 6 hours.
In general, please pack all of the items that you want to return with their original packaging and include a slip with order number written. You could choose the cheapest method to ship at your location but it must have a tracking number.
Once you have shipped the package, please let us know the tracking number and we will follow up with you once we received the package at our facilities.
Where is my refund?
After your return request has been processed and item(s) returned to our facilities, please expect up to 7 days for the refund to be issued to your original payment method.
The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

- Expedite shipping time cannot be guaranteed during the holiday season due to courier companies such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL cannot fulfill and guarantee delivery time.
- Please do not send your return package to the sender's address on your package. This is not the address of our return facility and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the shipping label we provide even if you are using your own shipping.
- Please make sure you don't include non-antmvs items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.

The express shipping fee cannot be refunded due to personal reason refund.
- We cannot refund holiday-related items due to late arrival, because the shipping time is out of our control. We recommend buying all holiday-related items at least 20 days before the holiday.
- We have few warehouses worldwide. We cannot guarantee your order will be shipped from the closest warehouse due to stocking. Please kindly note that the shipping time cannot be guaranteed.
- Please request order cancellation as soon as you have made the decision by contacting our customer service. Once the package is sent out from our warehouse, we will not be able to recall it and therefore the order cancellation will not be granted.
- Our size is based on the US size, the size reference needs to be based on our tag size. Since the sizes of the production factories are inconsistent, we will convert them uniformly according to the US size. Even different colors of the same model may vary in size due to different production locations, but we will eventually convert to the US size. This is not an excuse for a free return or refund.
