OMG IM IN LOVE WITH THESE MY NEW FAV SHOES!!!! Wearing these all summer long idc lol. Very lightweight and comfy. Some people complain about it smelling like plastic but that smell immediately went away after I tried them on and walked around in them for a bit. |

I’m obsessed with these. Wanted to get the real ones but they were out of the budget so these were a great dupe! Very comfy and nice quality. Does come with a little acetone smell but I think it should fade with time. I’m usually a size 8 and I ordered the 8.5 and it fits perfect! |

i absolutely love these boots! obviously, they aren't outstanding quality, but i imagine they'll last me a decent amount of time. like real demonias, you aren't really meant to wear them on a daily basis, so they should last you a good amount of time as long as you aren't walking long distances in them every day. i was worried that they would be too tight around my ankles (cuz i have sum THICC ankles) so I sized up a little too much and they ended up being too wide, as u can see in the pictures. so if you're worried about them not fitting your ankles you should still just order your normal size. I've only worn them several times over the past month but they still look brand new even after I had to walk through heavy rain with them on. also, they are incredibly light and easy to walk in. the shipping was about the same as everything else i've ordered from aliexpress (about a month). they are so good for the price and I'll definitely be ordering another pair when I wear these ones out. |

the boots are so cute and only took about 3 1/2 weeks to arrive!! i asked to change to black zip and the seller complied and was very kind! they make u 3-4 inches taller, comfy, will fit thin calves best~ i wear a US 6/6.5 and i bought a 37, it fits perfectly! good dupe for demonia shaker boots and prob the same quality lol |

To save the planet and reduce waste, we will try to pack many items in one package if you order multiple items. This may result in a slightly longer processing time, especially for orders of more than 5 items.

Please note that there are some restrictions that our carriers can't ensure safe delivery. Please double check the nominated shipping address contains specific details such as unit number, street number, building number, etc.
We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by the negligent behaviors of customers. For example, providing incorrect delivery information including name, address, zip code, etc.

Customs Duties
Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers, especially if you choose Express shipping for your order.
Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges, and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, we cannot declare purchased items as gifts or list an amount lower than the actual product price.
Additional Information
1) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes /APO/FPO addresses and non-continental Europe (islands and territories affiliated with the aforementioned European countries). Also, you will more likely be charged for customs duties than flat-rate shipping.
2) Shipping Time does not include a 1-5 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed. For pre-order items, the wait will be longer as we cannot guarantee the manufacturer's schedule.

We've made the return process super easy，just in case you're not 100% satisfied.
Eligibility & Potential Fees
Returns can be made within 15 days from the date you've received all your items in the same order. Your return package must be mailed out within 14 days from the date we sent you the return instruction.
All items must be unworn and in the original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Hygiene stickers (if any) must be intact. Any item that appear to have been washed or altered will not quality for a refund. The original shipping fee is non-refundable in most cases. Unless it's a quality issue or problem with the order, unfortunately, we will not cover the return shipping.
How to start a return?
You can start a return by sending an request email to us at support@antmvs.com and briefly let us know the reason. We will get back to you very soon(at most 6 hours) with detailed instructions for the return.
Please kindly note, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How to ship the item(s) back？
Since return address will vary according to the ordered item(s) & customer location, please first contact us to initiate a return request and we will then send you the detailed return instructions within 6 hours.
In general, please pack all of the items that you want to return with their original packaging and include a slip with order number written. You could choose the cheapest method to ship at your location but it must have a tracking number.
Once you have shipped the package, please let us know the tracking number and we will follow up with you once we received the package at our facilities.
Where is my refund?
After your return request has been processed and item(s) returned to our facilities, please expect up to 7 days for the refund to be issued to your original payment method.
The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Additional Important Information:
- Expedite shipping time cannot be guaranteed during the holiday season due to courier companies such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL cannot fulfill and guarantee delivery time.
- Please do not send your return package to the sender's address on your package. This is not the address of our return facility and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the shipping label we provide even if you are using your own shipping.
- Please make sure you don't include non-antmvs items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.

The express shipping fee cannot be refunded due to personal reason refund.
- We cannot refund holiday-related items due to late arrival, because the shipping time is out of our control. We recommend buying all holiday-related items at least 20 days before the holiday.
- We have few warehouses worldwide. We cannot guarantee your order will be shipped from the closest warehouse due to stocking. Please kindly note that the shipping time cannot be guaranteed.
- Please request order cancellation as soon as you have made the decision by contacting our customer service. Once the package is sent out from our warehouse, we will not be able to recall it and therefore the order cancellation will not be granted.
- Our size is based on the US size, the size reference needs to be based on our tag size. Since the sizes of the production factories are inconsistent, we will convert them uniformly according to the US size. Even different colors of the same model may vary in size due to different production locations, but we will eventually convert to the US size. This is not an excuse for a free return or refund.
